Hi, I've been watching some live music videos in Arabic and I hear the singers often say something that sounds like "ashou", maybe "hashou". Sometimes it suits where "thank you" could be used, but sometimes it seems to have the same meaning as "yalla". So I wonder what exactly does this word mean.
Another thing, I'm having a hard time to read the second part here:
If I get it right, the first part says لا إله إلا الله, but what goes after that?
If anyone can help that would be much appreciated!
At 2:19, 3:36, 4:55, 6:18, 7:18 the singer says "ashou", which can be interpreted as "come on", but at 8:40, while responding to the praises from the audience, where "thank you" could have been expected, he also says "ashou".
