Hi Yaneth,
Through the Lesson Library tab, please type "Egyptian" in the search lesson library field, and you will be able to reach the Egyptian pathway :)!

Good evening,
I really found fun and helpful this website. I would like to learn Egyptian Arabic, how can I take that route? How do I know what I am learning when I am going thru the lessons?
Thanks a lot for your help.
Yaneth
This site is not only hard to navigate, it is basically one ad or another to buy into an actually useful program.
If your minimum is at a certain amount make that clear.
Hi Camilla,
😄😄 Glad you are enjoying the website!

what is the arabic adjective for "Inactive" ?
Hi Rich,
Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian Arabic are essentially two different languages, and should be treated as such to avoid confusion. However, learning one will help you learn the other, like if you know Spanish and are trying to learn Italian next. Please check out our Egyptian Arabic series for more info :)!

Dear Friends,
Great learning tools. Thank you!
I am looking forward to learning spoken Arabic to help with my work.
I agree with Usaid Habib. I would expect to see "ismī ......." to follow "mā ismuk?", "kayfa ḥāluk ?" before "ʾanā biḫaīr" and "afwan" to follow "shukran"; otherwise this is a great site!
My difficulty is that when trying to find my way in Egypt, I find that pronunciation is rather different from that in the Levant and Gulf e.g. hard "g" for "j" . Is there an easy way to remember the basic differences?
BTW, I find this is a great way to make friends as, in the Levant, they laugh say "Ah you are from Egypt" and in Egypt they say the opposite!
Kind regards,
