Yes, there are many adjectives that follow this formula! It's a set formula though, and your can replace the letters as long as you know the 3 root letters of the verb. Examples are:
أعلى عليا
أسفل سفلى
أكبر كبرى
أصغر صغرى
أدنى دنيا
These are the most commonly used ones though. Other than that, superlative adjectives don't change with gender.
