| (el-tekrār beysāʿednī ʾafteker el-kalemāt el-gedīdah.) |
| "Repetition helps me remember new words." |
| In Arabic, we say - |
| التكرار هو وسيلة جيدة للتعلم للطالب. |
| (el-tekrār hu wasilat jayidat liltaelum liltaalib.) |
| Which means “Repetition is a good student’s way of learning.” |

| (el-forgah ʿalā mosalsalāt motargamah) |
| "watching TV series with subtitles" |

| For example - |

| (el-ʾerāyah beṣūt ʿālī) |
| "reading out loud" |
| قراية الكلمات بصوت عالي بتساعدني أفتكرها. |
| (ʾerāyeẗ el-kalemāt beṣūt ʿālī betsāʿednī ʾaftekerhā.) |
| "Reading new words out loud helps me remember them." |

| "making up stories" |

| This one is my favorite method. It means “to make up stories”. |
| For example, you can say - |
| تأليف القصص باستخدام الكلمات الجديدة، بيساعدني أفتكرها. |
| (taʾlīf el-qeṣaṣ besteḫdām el-kalemāt el-gedīdah, beysāʿednī ʾaftekerhā.) |
| "Making up stories using new words helps me remember them." |

| "I try to create associations between words in order to remember them." |
| 8. |
| الحفظ عن طريق السمع |
| (el-ḥefẓ ʿan ṭarīʾ el-samaʿ) |
| "to memorize by listening" |

| "I try to listen to Arabic words a lot to memorize words." |

| سماع أغاني كلماتها مكتوبة |

| "listening to songs with lyrics" |
| This is one of my favorites. It’s probably the number one favorite method of learning a language and then number two is making up stories. |
| بحب أسمع أغاني وأنا ببص على كلماتها مكتوبة. |
| (baḥeb ʾasmaʿ ʾaġānī wa ʾanā baboṣ ʿalā kalemāthā maktūbah.) |
| "I like listening to music while reading the lyrics." |

| استخدام الكلمات الجديدة في جمل |
| (esteḫdām el-kalemāt el-gedīdah fī gomal) |
| "using new words in sentences" |
| For example, you can say - |
| بحاول أستخدم الكلمات الجديدة في جمل. |
| (baḥāwel ʾastaḫdem el-kalemāt el-ǧedīdah fī ǧomal.) |
| "I try to use new words in sentences." |
