Are the numbers and counting the same in Standard Arabic and the Egyptian Dialect?

I am thinking of upgrading my package but before I do, I had some important questions. I would like to learn the Egyptian Dialect. It seems that Arabicpod is geared more towards the standard dialect. Am I correct in thinking this? Is it possible to learn the Egyptian Dialect completely using Arabic pod?
