Becky: First is a word meaning 'you were late' |

Becky: Last is the word meaning 'why' |

Nora: You can say the word leeh alone if the sentence in question is implied in the conversation, like you would say "why" on its own sometimes. The answer to leeh usually starts with ashaan, which is the Egyptian Arabic word for "because". |
