Alisha: These expressions are used to describe some frustrating things that people do.
SLANG EXPRESSIONS
Alisha: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:
Sherif: يزن (yezenn)
Sherif: يتلكك (yetlakkek)
Sherif: ينفض (yenaffaḍ)
Sherif: يثبت (yesabbet)
Alisha: Sherif, what's our first expression?
Sherif: يزن (yezenn)
Alisha: literally meaning "to buzz." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to nag."
Sherif: [SLOW] يزن [NORMAL] يزن

Alisha: Use this slang expression when you want to express that someone has been nagging you about the same thing over and over again.

Alisha: literally meaning "to brush the dust away." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to ignore."
