| And in Egyptian Arabic, we just say it how you say it in English. |

| So, my credit card. Do you have a credit card? |
| رُخصَةُ قِيَادَة/رخصة سواقة |
| ruḫṣeh swāʾah |
| “Driver’s license” |
| So for example, you can say… |
| .أنا نسيت رخصة السواقة في البيت |
| ʾanā nsīt ruḫṣeh el-sewāʾah fī el-bīt. |
| which means “I forgot my driver’s license at home.” |
| نُقود/فلوس |
| flūs |
| “cash” |
| So for example, you can say… |
| .في آخر الشهر, مش بيبقى معايا فلوس |
| fī ʾāḫer el-šahr, meš byebʾā maʿāyā flūs. |
| which means, “By the end of the month, I don’t have much money left.” |

| “Egyptian pound” |
| For example, you can say… |
| معايا عشرة جنيه. |
| mʿāyā ʿašrah ǧnīh. |
| “I have 10 Egyptian pounds.” |
| محفظة/ مِحفَظَة |
| maḥfaẓah |
| “wallet” yeay, yeay, yeay! |
| For example, you can say... |
| .محفظتي لونها أحمر |
| maḥfaẓtī lūnhā ʾaḥmar. |
| “My wallet is red.” |
