First, I'd like to see the words written: some consonants are difficult to distinguish for the non-Arabic ear, and with the sound quality of my laptop there's simply no telling.

Second, phrases (or clauses) would be more useful and more memorable than isolated words.

Good lessons. I do a lot of business in the middle east. Is there a block of instructions on business terms?
