"You're beautiful."

(ʾenta wasīm.)
"You're handsome."
and for a girl, you can say

So
انت وسيم.

for a guy, for a male and
أنت جميلة.
(ʾenta gamīlah.)
for a female.
2.

5.

(el-sīrah el-zāteyyah betāʿtak ḥelwah ʾawī.)
"Your resume is very good. "
6.
الجاكيت ده شكله حلو عليك.
(el-ǧāket dah šakloh ḥelw ʿaleīk.)
"That jacket looks nice on you."
الجاكيت ده شكله حلو عليك.
(el-ǧāket dah šakloh ḥelw ʿaleīk.)
"That jacket looks good on you."
For girls, maybe you will want to use
الفستان ده شكله حلو عليكي.
(elfostān dah šakloh ḥelū ʿalīkī.)
"This dress looks good on you."
There’s another expression in the Egyptian dialect. It’s…
هياكل منك حته.
(hayākol mennek ḥettah.)
For male, probably you should not use it. I’ve never seen it like heard it with a male. “It will eat a part of you!” So the thing, the dress or the jacket, it’s about to eat a part of you. That doesn’t sound so flirty or good when we say it like when I translate it, but if you would use this expression, people will be so amazed of your Egyptian skills, Egyptian dialect skills.
7.
ذوقك حلو.
(zūʾek ḥelw.)
"You have a good taste."
ذوقك حلو.
(zūʾek ḥelw.)
means "You have a good taste.", but at the same time if you use the word
ذوق
(zūʾ), it means that they have a good manner. So for example, if someone lets you pass or someone hand you something that fell from you and you say...
thank you so much, you have nice manners or you have good manners. I would like to hear that.
8.
ابتسامتِك جميلة.
(ebtesāmtek gamīlah.)
"Your smile is beautiful."
ابتسامتِك جميلة.
(ebtesāmtek gamīlah.)
"Your smile is very beautiful."
You can also say
ابتسامتك حلوة.
(ebtesāmtek ḥelwah.)
“Your smile is sweet.”
It’s a somewhat common female name
ابتسام
(ebtesām)
from smiling.
Now nice. My aunt’s name is
ابتسام
(ebtesām).
Yes, let’s go to the next one. Oh, this is so nice, okay.
The next one is...
9.
قلبك أبيض.
(ʾalbak ʾabyaḍ.)
"You're so kind."
But literally in the Arabic one, you say, “Your heart is white.”. It means that you don’t have any grudge or bad feelings inside of you. So for example in a fight when someone is fighting and you try to calm them down and you say
قلبك أبيض.
(ʾalbak ʾabyaḍ.)
“Your heart is white.”, so you’re calming them down by telling them like your heart is so white, don’t ruin it.
10.
مفيش منك اتنين.
(mafīš mennak etneīn.)
"You're one of a kind."
مفيش منك اتنين.
(mafīš mennak etneīn.)
in Arabic literally means “There is no two of you.”. Well, it doesn’t work with people who’s twins.
