Cultural Insight
Becky: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Khalil: In Morocco, especially in touristic areas and small shops, haggling is a very useful skill to have. In fact, it’s almost expected, and so the seller might initially name a higher price with the expectation of having to lower it. In newer modern stores and supermarkets, haggling is not possible.

Outro

Becky: And that’s all for this lesson. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes, and we’ll see you in the next lesson!
Khalil: بسلامة (bslâma)
