Text To Speak: MSA Arabic?

Does anyone know where I can find a program that allows me to text in English and translate to (MSA) Arabic. Also, does anyone know if Google translate is in fusha or a dialect?

Hi Joey,

Not sure about the first question, but for the second question, it's mostly in Fusha. You could get some rogue Egyptian or Syrian words because of some user-suggested entries.
