How do I cancel my subscription and stop it from auto-renewing at the end of my term?

For your convenience your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your term. You can easily cancel your membership and stop it from auto-renewing any time, online, 24 hours a day by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to the ArabicPod101.com website by entering your Username and Password at the top right of any page
2. Click on the My Account/Subscribe button in the top menu
3. Click on the “Do not auto-renew at the end of subscription term” link below your existing subscription

Please note that cancelling your subscription only prevents the next charge from kicking in: it does not suspend the service that you paid for in advance. Your subscription will remain active and fully functional until the paid through date listed on the “My Account” page. On that date, your account will cease to work and you will not be charged anymore. You don’t have to wait until the last day to cancel your subscription.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription, please follow these simple steps:

2. Click on the My Account/Subscribe button in the top menu
3. Cancel your existing subscription by clicking on the “Do not auto-renew at the end of subscription term” link

6. Click on the “Order” button and follow the instructions on the next screen
