Thanks for your comment. The Egyptian dialect is 85% standard Arabic, and it does have grammar, all Arabic dialects does for sure, otherwise, we wouldn't be able to use the language ( or the dialect ) correctly).
It depends on your purpose of studying Arabic, to decide which Dialect ( or the Standard Arabic) that you should go with. 
The differences between the Egyptian dialect and Standard are not that many, and well know, we can continue this discussion on the forum if you like, I can put more information there for sure !

this is an egyptian accent, its not right in arabic to learn accents because the accents in arabic don't have grammar, the accents actually break all the arabic grammar especially egyptian accent because in this accent they pronounced the arabic letters wrong.
