Learn Arabic with ArabicPod101.com! You’re on a tour bus waiting for the rest of the passengers to board. You take out your cell phone and browse through the pictures you’ve been taking throughout your trip. Someone sits next to you. You tell her hello in Arabic, then continue looking at your phone. “Are those pictures of Egypt?” she asks. “Yes,” you reply in Arabic. “Would you like to see?” She says, “Sure!” and so you hold your phone so she can see too. Almost immediately, you realize your mistake. You completely forgot those really, really embarrassing photos of you that your friend took-which you meant to delete but never did. “Wow! Is that you?” your seatmate exclaims, leaning closer. You hurriedly shut off the phone with an embarrassed laugh. She laughs too. “What a pity. I was looking forward to seeing more of those!”

 I am sorry to say this but this not the real arabic

this is an egyptian accent, its not right in arabic to learn accents because the accents in arabic don’t have grammar, the accents actually break all the arabic grammar especially egyptian accent because in this accent they pronounced the arabic letters wrong.

Hi mshary,
Thanks for your comment. The Egyptian dialect is 85% standard Arabic, and it does have grammar, all Arabic dialects does for sure, otherwise, we wouldn’t be able to use the language ( or the dialect ) correctly).
It depends on your purpose of studying Arabic, to decide which Dialect ( or the Standard Arabic) that you should go with.
The differences between the Egyptian dialect and Standard are not that many, and well know, we can continue this discussion on the forum if you like, I can put more information there for sure !
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
